Happy Holidays! If you’ve been keeping up on Instagram, I’m hosting Christmas breakfast this year. Therefore, I have been putting myself through the ringer trying to nail down the perfect quiche recipes to serve. This one, Applewood Ham & Asparagus Quiche is a winner and a crowd pleaser! Not only is it oh so pretty, but also delicious! #MomWinning
Applewood Ham & Asparagus Quiche
Prep Time 15+ mins | Cook Time 50 mins | Serves 8
Ingredients:
- Pie Crust
- 4 Large Eggs
- ½ Cup Half & Half
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Asparagus Bunch
- 1 Deli Package Applewood Ham Sliced
- Minced Garlic
- Chopped Cherry Tomatoes {optional}
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375*F and prepare pie crust in a 9” pie plate. Set aside
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, Mozzarella cheese, and half & half until smooth. Mix in garlic, as desired
- Dice deli ham sliced into ½ inch squares {approx.} and add to egg mix, stir until blended
- Wash & chop Asparagus to size
- Pour egg/ham mixture in the pie crust
- Use the Asparagus to circle your pie crust and add tomatoes as desired
- Cook 40-45 minutes or until your pie crust is golden brown and the middle doesn’t jiggle.
- Cool 10 minutes then serve!
