Fall is definitely in the air and, you guessed it, Pumpkin Spice is everywhere. This post is short but oh so sweet. Considering the success of my last Cake Mix Cookie post I knew you guys would be *hungry* for more. Enter Pumpkin Spice Cookies… They truly could not be easier to make either. You’ll have to be careful not to sit and eat a dozen all by yourself too because
that’s what I did it’s an exercise in self-control.
Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix Cookies
The recipe for Cake Mix Cookies is so simple and the only difference here is I’m adding one more special ingredient. Pumpkin Pie Spice! You can pick some up in your local grocery store or snag some on Amazon real quick. Then continue with the regular recipe below:
How to make Cake Mix Cookies
- 1- Box Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix
- 2- Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice {or more if you’re feeling extra #Autumn today}
- Mix into cookie dough {will be gooey}
- Roll or spatula into balls on a cookie sheet {Allow your children to roll them for you if you want to
eye-twitch the whole timeinclude them in the fun. - Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let cool and then try not to eat the entire batch all by yourself ;)
