Now that we've had our Time Out, it's definitely time to jump back in. We're getting geared up for a whole new season with Spring right around the corner and there is so much to do. This week is all about getting your TIME Organized so you can be your most efficient self heading into the next few months. Everything comes speeding in from scheduling camps to just being outside and flipping your entire day from winter to spring. I know we begin to revolve around the sun... here is how I keep up.

You’ve got this. Hopefully, you had some time to catch your breath before you’ve got to dive right in. But here we go… over on the blog I’ve got my Top 10 Time Management Strategies for Busy Moms. Dive on into the profile link to catch all the details… 😉 See what I did there with this picture. Cutest Wyatt from 2020 when we had to miss baseball season entirely. Glad those times are long gone.

My absolute top, best piece of advice I could ever give for getting your time organized is to publicize it. Post it up on a wall, so it cannot be ignored. I am notorious (at least to my husband) for asking him to create gallery walls in our house that I used as stations for organizing our lives. I used 8.5″ x 11″ document frames that I got at Walmart. They are cheap and super easy to take down and replace with the next schedule. In that blog post from yesterday I talk about Time Blocking, and grouping tasks into blocks of time… this isn’t new, in fact, teachers do it every single day in the classroom. My entire business plan revolves around teaching brides to do it through The Project Block System. Put all your blocks in their own frame. The bonus is they’re dry-erasable! We’ll get into this more, but go get yourselves some frames so you can post your schedules.

Before we jump in… to organizing your time, a Question for you: Would you be interested in either an Ebook or an ECourse that would walk you through this process? I began an Ecourse a long time ago and have been debating updating it. Or, I could turn everything into an Ebook with a few Canva Templates. Which would you be more likely to use? I do already have Canva Templates for a Kids Command Center. I’ll share those tomorrow.

While you’re still thinking about an ECourse or an Ebook… Let’s get your Kids’ Time Organized right away. Here is that gallery wall in our house that functions as the Boy’s Command Center. The most important frame is the one in the center that showcases their afterschool circuit. I have this in a Canva Templet on Etsy where you can edit it and create your own. You’ll also have access to the Bonus Screen Time Chart and an editable chore chart. Find it through the profile link:

I won’t lie, I like a good Time Saving Hack here and there. We get all of our produce delivered on Wednesdays… I don’t even have to think about it, I just know apples, baby carrots, and snow peas will always be in the fridge thanks to Imperfect Foods. This saves me plenty of hours each week, not having to shop for groceries. I get a reminder email on Fridays and then have until Monday to add or change items in my box. Then it shows up on Wednesday. The best part is I have a referral code, where I get $10 and you get $10 if you sign up with my code. It’s in the profile link 😉 Get your time organized with a little automation.

Those littlest ducks are always the hardest to get in a row… Now that you have access to my template for a Kid’s Command Center, you can tackle the next piece: A Mom School Schedule and Block System. I wrote an entire step-by-step plan for establishing a classroom in your home during 2020. We still use these same principles when we’re doing summer school or just transitioning throughout the public school year. Perhaps this might come in handy if you’re wanting to start at-home schooling or make additions and adjustments to your current homeschool plan. Find my Ebook over on Etsy through the main link.
