I put the chips in a glass bowl at 30-second intervals, in the microwave until it is smooth. Stir it every round so it doesn’t burn in the middle. A microwave can do that.

Step 2- Dip your spoons

This is a “grown-up job” in my kitchen. Prior to dipping the Hot Cocoa Spoons, I lined several baking sheets with wax paper. Then, after I dipped the spoons, making sure to cover it enough, I placed them on the tray so the boys could then sprinkle them.

Step 3- Decorating

This is the kid job! They love it too! I put my sprinkles out in bowls but there is really no wrong way to do it. It gets messy but that’s all a part of the fun! Let your Hot Cocoa Spoons dry completely before you peel them off the wax paper. Wrap them up and you’re good to go!
