It’s time to break down our Dude Perfect Prize Table! As the main focal point for every party, I set up this one six-foot table. This table serves as either the place to display food and favors, or prizes, or BOTH for this party. Take a look back at past parties to see how diverse this table can get.
Leveled Up Dude Perfect Prize Table
This party especially was centered around the concept of “Leveled Up” as the Dude Perfect theme lends to that. I really wanted this table to look sporty as well so I invested in there two plant risers that actually look like bleachers. These Metal Plant Risers gave me six levels right there!
Prize Table Decorations
My favorite party investment has been these pedestal 4×6 picture frames that I’ve used over and over again. I’ve included them in my Dude Perfect Party Amazon List along with everything else I used. I was able to create a printable for this whole party and use these frames for the Prize Table Levels.
Every party I do now uses one of these balloon garlands too. They’re ridiculously easy to make yourself with some Balloon Tape as opposed to ordering them made, which can cost anywhere from $100-$160 in my area. It’s a fun DIY that we now consider a tradition in our party planning. The balloons live rent free in our house for up to weeks after the party. And now for the promo… I do go a little bit overboard for all these parties because they are in fact a part of my business plan. Our family events/birthday parties are the most effective way I must promote my Etsy Shop, The Vintage Event. In my shop we sell cupcake toppers, confetti, die cuts and most often, custom banners. I always cut a banner- this party showcases a new listing, the Offset or Shadow Letter Banner which now has a new listing in the shop. I then also have the custom design, circle cupcake toppers added which I discuss in the Party Food Blog Post. These are not Dude Perfect explicit, but custom. You can read their listing descriptions and determine how to best order for your own themed party.

I bought a Black and White Referee Striped Backdrop off Amazon to pull the whole party together. The stripes were meant to go the other direction, but I flipped it for vertical stripes to make it look like a referee. The Level 7 treat bags were a fun addition too!
Prize Table Levels
As previously mentioned, I’m a huge fan of designing my parties around multitasking expenses and giving all purchases a major purpose. This helps me justify spending so much on a birthday party. So here is how all of our levels broke down and how they helped the party flow or be useful.
Level 1 | This or That– Won a Gatorade Bottle to then flip for Level 2.
Level 2 | Bottle Flipping– their Gatorade Bottle to win a Headband they wore like the Dudes.
Level 3 | Wheel of Fortunate– lead us into a Pizza Break which is a major double use for me! Use the food you’re serving as a Prize, why not? It works itself seamlessly into your schedule when you would otherwise have to stop the party to eat.
Level 4 | Football Ladder Toss– success won kids their own foldable frisbee to use at the next two levels, but also to keep and take home as a party favor.
Level 5 | Frisbee Basket Toss– Won the kids their own set of Dude Sunglasses that served as protection during the Paper Football level. Also, they just looked really cool.
Level 6 | Frisbee Bottle Knock Down– Won kids a quick Uncrustable Snack that Wyatt enjoyed putting a sports sticker on.
Level 7 | Paper Football Flick– Won kids a Referee Bag complete with a fruit cup and fruit snack to power up with before cake.
Level 8 | Basketball Trick Shots were the final level to pass in order to cut the cake. Once again, use the things you’re already serving as a part of the party game to multitask expenses.
