Next in line for our Handmade Kelso Christmas Tree was a garland made from our pudding painting.

The boys had a pretty AMAZING time in the bathtub a second go around after the Santa Saving Cards. {I couldn’t do it just once they had so much fun!} For the recipe for edible Pudding Paint, and Wyatt’s first experience visit that post HERE.
I taped down more card stock and let them use more pudding colors including some fun neon colors. I let them get a little more crazy too and used their feet. They had fun, despite Cash’s painting turning into a beautiful mud color in the end!

Wyatt of course tries to eat it first!

I added the mirror too for extra fun!

When everything dried I turned to one of my trusted craft punches, a 2.5″ circle. Cash was able to help me punch out circles for the garland.

Using a standard hole punch I just put one hole in each circle

With a cotton yarn I crocheted them to together every 5th single stitch to form the garland.

That night they were put on the tree!
