Wyatt and I took over the kitchen again for some of the easiest Salsa making on Earth. We just did a super fun U-Pick for Peaches at one of our favorite farms, Greens Bridge Gardens and I was brainstorming recipes for our haul. We went picking on Monday, so obviously the next day was #TacoTuesday and PEACH SALSA came to mind.
Peach Salsa | 5 Ingredients
I am not a huge fan of spicy salsa so we just went for a simple, 5 Ingredient plan that excluded the jalapenos. {I made poppers for thanksgiving and my fingers were burning all day! I’ve learned though and bought some gloves for next time} We kept it simple and only used:

- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 3 Whole Peaches
Make in 5 Minutes
I seriously thought this would take longer… me dreading the prep and thinking I would have to peel all these peaches. I also thought I would have to spend the whole time chopping {which I hate} but I used my trusty Ninja instead. Lifesaver!

Step 1 | Big Chop
We did the absolute bare minimum for chopping. I sliced the peppers into strips while Wyatt peeled the onion. Basically cut pieces to size so they fit inside your food processor bowl.
Step 2 | Veggie Chop
We did the first four ingredients first without the peaches because I wanted them smaller and in the processor longer. Push Blend and let it run for about 7 seconds. Very quick! You’re not making a smoothie, after all, so you only want a quick chop for bigger pieces. Take out the blades and let your kitchen helper spoon it into a bowl.

Step 3 | Peaches
I only halved the peaches and took out the pits. I didn’t peel a thing! Then put them in the food processor for 3-4 seconds. Again, you’re making Peach Salsa so you don’t want juice, you want chunks. Take out the blades and mix the 2 batches together then ONE!

Enjoy!
Wyatt and I could have eaten this whole bowl by ourselves if we hadn’t run out of chips. I also really wanted to use it that night on our tacos, so I cut us off. 😉

Great recipe thanks Kandice! I was glad to find a peach salsa recipe that is kid-friendly with no jalepenos. Best of all, it looks very easy! I’m so glad to find a snack that I can fix for my family that is fun and fast to make.
