As soon as we went into quarantine for 2020, we dove into the world of Pokémon. My brother gifted his nephews his collection of cards from his childhood and the rest is basically history. I loved that the boys were excited to learn reading and math, so I dove in headfirst right with them. Fast forward 4 months and Cash’s 7th Birthday Party theme was obvious. Right down to the Pikachu Birthday Cake!
Pikachu Birthday Cake
We took our annual trip into Roth’s Bakery where I requested a plain yellow cake. They were a little unimpressed with my order, as it’s typically much more extravagant. But I did have big plans to alter the simple cake myself.

Thanks to the Etsy Shop I have a ton of paper punches. I was able to cut a bunch of circles and ear on my Silhouette that turned out perfect!
You can snag your own Pikachu Cake Topper Pieces Here: Pokémon Energy Cupcake Toppers and Pikachu Cake Topper

Energy Cupcake Toppers
To go with the Pikachu Birthday Cake, I also ordered cupcakes which we decided to color code as the Pokémon Energies. Of Course, we also had to get some official Pokémon Cupcake toppers off of Amazon too! Snag those on Amazon HERE: Pokemon Cupcake Toppers.

Cash’s main theme was a Movie Night and Pokémon-themed Concession Stand you can see the rest of the party and more throughout the blog.
